Eligibility & Making Changes

Eligibility

Full-time employees scheduled to work at least 30 hours per week on a regular and continuous basis are eligible to participate in our group benefits. Your coverage generally begins the 1st of the month following your date of hire.

Eligible dependents include:

  • Your legal spouse
  • Children up to age 26

Making Changes

The choices you make when you first become eligible are in effect for the remainder of the plan year. Once you are enrolled, you must wait until the next open enrollment period to change your benefits or add/remove coverage for dependents, unless you have a qualified change in family status as defined by the IRS.

Examples include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Marriage, divorce, or legal separation
  • Birth or adoption of a child
  • Death of a covered individual
  • Change in your or your spouse’s employment or work status that affects benefits eligibility
  • Unpaid leave of absence for you or your spouse
  • Dependent turns 26 and ages out of coverage
  • Change in eligibility for Medicaid or Medicare

Note: You have 31 days from the life event date to make changes to your coverage. Please add the Qualifying Event in Paycom under your benefits tab. Once submitted and approved, enrollment will be made available. Please contact Benefits at benefits@sportradar.com if you have any questions.
