In accordance with state and city ordinances on employer-paid sick and safe time leave (“SST”), full-time, part-time, and temporary employees may use accrued, available sick leave benefits provided by the Company for the following:
Note: Family member is defined as including children (including adult, foster, and step-children), parents, parents-in law, spouses, registered domestic partners, grandchildren, grandparents, siblings, guardians, wards, and other members of the employee’s household.

Employees are responsible for managing their SST balance using the Paycom Time Off system. Employees are required to submit SST requests through Paycom.
The Company will not discriminate or retaliate against employees for requesting or taking leave in accordance with this policy.
