The purpose of paid vacation is to allow employees to periodically take time away from their job to relax and refresh themselves or use for other personal reasons.
Sportradar works hard to comply with all federal, state, and local laws in regards to vacation. Specific federal, state, and local laws will take precedence over this written vacation policy.
Full-time employees are eligible for vacation, which goes into effect the first of the month following your date of hire. The amount of vacation time is based on a tiered system and after 5 years of service you will have 4 weeks, which goes into effect on your hire date.
Sportradar encourages its employees to take time off; therefore, time accrued during the year should be used before the end of the year. The maximum carryover is 40 hours into the new year.
Employees are responsible for managing their vacation balance using Paycom’s Time Off system.
